The portable syngas analyzer IR-GAS-600P optimizes with different gas sensors to ensure measurement reliability:
Electrochemical ( EC) sensor for oxygen ( O₂)
Thermal Conductivity Detector ( TCD) for hydrogen ( H₂)
Non- Dispersive Infrared ( NDIR) sensors , carbon dioxide ( CO₂), and carbon monoxide ( CO)
By combining these technologies, the analyzer performs cross- interference correction based on individual component measurements , providing high accuracy, fast response time, minimal drift, and stable performance. The syngas analyzer using TDLAS, NDIR, TCD, and electrochemical sensors are widely used to measure multiple syngas components in a single device and can even replace slower laboratory methods such as gas chromatography for field monitoring.
