The portable syngas analyzer IR-GAS-600P optimizes with different gas sensors to ensure measurement reliability:
Electrochemical (EC) sensor for oxygen (O₂)
Thermal Conductivity Detector (TCD) for hydrogen (H₂)
Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) sensors for methane (CH₄), carbon dioxide (CO₂), and carbon monoxide (CO)
By combining these technologies, the analyzer performs cross-interference correction based on individual component measurements, providing high accuracy, fast response time, minimal drift, and stable performance. The syngas analyzer using NDIR, TCD, and electrochemical sensors are widely used to measure multiple syngas components in a single device and can even replace slower laboratory methods such as gas chromatography for field monitoring.
