ESEGAS has released a new generation full-touch online TDL gas analyzer, designed for demanding industrial gas monitoring. To begin with, the upgraded system combines a modern touch interface with Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS). This approach delivers stable, real-time readings with detection limits reaching the ppb level. Each analyzer focuses on one target gas, which simplifies configuration and improves long-term reliability in process environments.
More importantly, TDLAS offers high spectral resolution. As a result, the analyzer resists interference from background gases and maintains measurement accuracy. Operators can customize the analyzer to match real operating conditions, from corrosive streams to high-dust processes. This flexibility makes the system suitable for both safety monitoring and process control.
In addition, the new version emphasizes performance and ease of use. Continuous measurement ensures fast response to concentration changes. A dual-range design covers wide measurement spans while keeping sensitivity at very low levels. The enhanced heliotrope light cell supports stable ppb-level detection. Semi-annual calibration reduces maintenance effort, and the design avoids consumables altogether. A special internal coating further limits gas adsorption on pipe walls, protecting data integrity.

Finally, the product line supports multiple gases and ranges. Typical models include NH₃, HCl, HF, H₂S, CO, CO₂, and CH₄, with customizable ppm or ppb ranges. Together, these upgrades position ESEGAS’s new online TDL analyzer as a practical, high-accuracy solution for modern industrial applications.
