Zirconia Analyser Introduction

Zirconia Analyzer is an oxygen concentration detection device based on zirconia sensing elements. Its operating principle is as follows: at high temperatures, zirconia ceramics function as solid electrolytes to conduct oxygen ions. By measuring the partial pressure difference of oxygen between the reference gas (typically air) and the target gas, it generates an electrical signal that is converted into oxygen concentration. This technology offers high precision, rapid response, and excellent stability, making it the most widely used oxygen detection method in combustion control and flue gas emission monitoring.
